Woman in darkness staring away
Trying to find the strength to stay
Playing again with herself odd novelty games
Always stumbling on the same stupid lane

Captures the magic which blows away
Feeling the sadness of forcing pay
Letting her dreams fade to shades
And holding again a cross for a friend

Agonized and lonely she prepares
Facing now all the monsters and fears
Marching to the unknown dark pitch
But her pale lips can mutter no speech

Yet!, She wills herself to try the new
She grows obsessed but with faith too,
Battles away her old desires and fears new
But always recalls what she came here for; to find the truth!
